1. Our agreement
Link Beagle is operated by Flowy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Flowy LLC and govern your use of Link Beagle, including our website, free SEO tools, and outreach platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a business or a client, you confirm that you have authority to use the service and accept these terms on their behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details and connected mailbox credentials secure. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use your account and for the sites, content, and mailboxes you connect. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only submit websites and connect mailboxes that you own or are authorized to manage. Use a dedicated outreach mailbox: connecting a personal or shared inbox may expose unrelated correspondence to processing by the service.
3. How the service works
Link Beagle researches your site and prospective publishers, assesses backlink opportunities, helps prepare outreach, and sends messages and follow-ups through your connected mailbox according to your settings and approvals. It also collects replies so you can manage the conversation. You authorize this processing and sending when you enable those features.
Review your target pages, contacts, campaign settings, and draft messages before authorizing outreach. AI-generated assessments and messages can contain mistakes or omit context. You remain responsible for the claims made on your behalf and for decisions based on the service's output. Pausing a campaign cannot recall a message that has already been sent.
Opportunity scores, SEO calculations, previews, and timing estimates are guidance. We do not promise a particular number of replies or backlinks, permanent placements, email delivery, search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Publishers and search engines make their own decisions.
4. Responsible outreach
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use each recipient's information and to contact them. Finding an email address on a public website does not by itself give permission to send marketing. Follow the privacy, electronic marketing, and anti-spam rules that apply to you and your recipients, including consent requirements where applicable.
- Use accurate sender information and subject lines, and identify the business you represent.
- Include contact details, a postal address, and a way to opt out wherever required.
- Honor objections and opt-out requests promptly, and prevent further outreach to those recipients.
- Check your provider's sending policies and limits before starting a campaign.
Automation does not replace your responsibility to monitor replies, maintain suppression lists, or meet legal requirements. You must not use Link Beagle for spam, deceptive endorsements, impersonation, harassment, or messages that infringe someone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not upload malicious code, attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt our systems without authorization, bypass usage limits or security controls, or use the service to collect credentials or sensitive personal information. Do not copy or resell access to the platform without our permission.
Respect copyright, privacy, and the access restrictions of websites you ask us to analyze. Do not submit health records, financial account credentials, government identity documents, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for outreach.
6. Trials and subscriptions
The offer or checkout presented when you subscribe specifies your price, currency, billing interval, included usage, trial duration, and any applicable taxes. A free preview does not itself authorize a paid subscription. If you enroll in a trial that converts to a paid plan, the enrollment terms specify when billing begins and how to cancel before a charge.
Where you authorize a recurring subscription, it renews at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Cancel through any available billing controls or contact [email protected] before renewal. Unless your offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund a billing period already started, except where required by law. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests so we can review them.
We will give advance notice of changes to recurring prices before they apply to your next renewal. You can cancel if you do not accept the new price. Any separate written agreement with us controls over conflicting subscription terms on this page for that purchase.
7. Content and ownership
You retain your rights in the content and data you provide, including your website materials, contact information, campaign instructions, and messages. You give us permission to host, process, analyze, and transmit that material as needed to operate the features you use, including through our service providers. You must have the rights needed to give us that permission.
Link Beagle and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, design, and documentation. We give you permission to use the service for your business, including authorized client work, while you comply with these terms. You may use generated outreach for your campaigns, but we do not guarantee that AI output is unique, protectable by copyright, or free of third-party claims.
You may send suggestions about the product. We may use that feedback to improve Link Beagle without compensation; this does not give us ownership of your private campaign data.
8. Third-party services
The service depends on hosting, email, search and SEO data, and AI providers. Your use of a connected account remains subject to that provider's terms. Their outages, data quality, rate limits, or policy changes may affect our features. Links to external websites do not mean we endorse their content.
We may change features as the product develops. Previews, trials, and experimental features may be incomplete or unavailable at times. Keep independent copies of business-critical information.
9. Suspension and cancellation
You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us. Stopping use or revoking mailbox credentials does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; also follow the cancellation process in section 6. Revoking an app password with your mail provider prevents us from using that credential for new connections.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, nonpayment, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Serious or repeated violations may result in closure.
Account closure ends your right to use the service. Amounts already owed remain due. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions about ownership, accrued payments, and liability continue where their purpose requires it.
10. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or other rights you have under applicable law.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms as our product or obligations change. We will update the date on this page and provide notice of material changes through the service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms and any applicable written order form make up our agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it; this does not restrict your right to seek a remedy under applicable law.
12. Contact us
For questions about these terms, billing, account closure, or misuse of the service, contact Flowy LLC at [email protected]. Include your account email and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or mailbox credentials.
